# 7 AMEND 04.26.2022- The purpose of this amendment is to address several concerns;
1) Extend solicitation until Wednesday April 27 1000AM
2) re-insert DFARS CLAUSE 252.225-7012
3) Only CLIN 0006 WATER, and CLIN 0007 GENERATORS shall be excluded from Evaluating Factor # 3 (Price)
4) Offerors MUST acknowledge AMEND 0007 by signing and returning one (1) copy via email to ignacio.j.cordova2.civ@army.mil.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SOLICITATION for Temporary Soldier Billeting; Housing, Latrines (with associated services) with Maintenance Servicing at West Point, NY.

The period of performance will be for 05 May 2021 – 30 August 2021 (estimated).

This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 532490 Modular Building Leasing/Rental, size standard is $ 32.5 Million per year and FSC/PSC of 5419.

In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov.
