Honolulu Canine Kenneling

Notice of Intent to award as a sole source requirement to Hawaii Department of Agriculture (SAM UEI:  QYL7KWL4UWM5) to provide a secure and insured boarding facility to safely board and care for CBP owned canines located at Area Port of Honolulu.  Successful contractor shall provide a secure and insured canine boarding facility located within a 5-mile radius of Daniel K Inouye International Airport, parking spaces for the CBP issued vehicles, 24/7-hour access to the CBP canines, and meet all the requirements of the Statement of Work.

This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 09:00am Eastern Time. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any vendors who believe they can provide the services and can provide proof of ability to meet the requirements should email their company's capabilities information to the attention of Dominique Brown, Contracting Officer, by Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 09:00am Eastern Time.
