U009--Gallup Clifton Strengths Talent Assessment & Training Intent to Sole Source

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 6, Hampton VA 23667, intends to negotiate a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price Contract for CliftonStrengths Assessment and Gallup Training for VISN 6. This is not a request for competitive offers and no solicitation is available. Market research has determined that this service is highly specialized and only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of products will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to award the contract with an effective date of 12/1/2023 to Gallup, Inc. The period of performance for this request is 12/1/2023 through 11/30/2028(12 months and 4 Option Years). This announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contracting Officer by 11/13/2023 at 08:00 by contacting John Summers via e-mail at John.Summers2@va.gov.
