Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation PIID 47PM1024Q0021 is a Request for Quotes for New Executive Office Building Walkin Cooler Repair located in 725 17th St NW Washington DC 20506-0200. All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05.

This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code has been identified as 811412 Appliance Repair and Maintenance with the small business size limit of Annual Revenue of $19.0 million.

The statement of work defines the requirements for successful performance of the needs of the General Services Administration for NEOB Walkin Cooler Repair. Individual line items, quantities and units of measures will be included in the solicitation form SF18, please reference the SF18 for full information on the breakdown of line items. If identified line items need to be further broken down, please provide proposed breakdowns on the Contractor Pricing Breakdown sheet.
