Description
The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, parts, hardware, equipment,
travel, and delivery for quantity five (5) each “new condition/one trip” 40 Ft. Conex Storage
Containers or better (categorized as Conex: 1A, 1B, 3A, 3B, 3C) that shall be “repurposed” to
construct one (1) each Multi-Container Building (Conex 1A/1B) and three (3) each Roll-Up Door
(RUD) Storage Units (Conex 3A/3B/3C). The Conex structural modifications and associated
options/accessories shall include, but, not limited to the following custom interior/exterior options, as
applicable: roll-up or standard doors, flooring, walls, windows, insulation, paint, electrical/ lighting,
vents, and/or packaged terminal air conditioners (PTAC). In addition, these units shall include the
shrink wrap protection, flatbed delivery, post-delivery on-site blocking and leveling, any clean
up/waste disposal, and twelve (12)-month warranty coverage. The Multi-Container Building will
have climate control capabilities and provide dual roles to accommodate a Tool Storage Space and a
temporary Personnel Temp Station —positioned at the F-15 Purge Station Tent. The remaining three
(3) containers will be Roll-Up Door (RUD) Storage Units which will vented storage space for PDM
kits—positioned outside of Bldg. 131. These modified storage containers will be utilized to support
the 402d Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) for a Period of Performance of 12 Months ARO and
in accordance with the attached PD dated 26 July 2022 to Robins Air Force Base, Georgia.
