56--Chincoteague NWR Road Materials

The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (FWS) is conducting a market survey seeking qualified SUPPLIERS OR MANUFACTURERS and a qualified contractor to provide and deliver goods for Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge, VA for the following projects:

1. Chincoteague NWR Asphalt Paving Materials
2. Chincoteague NWR Aggregate & Concrete Materials
3. Chincoteague NWR Pip and Geotextile Fabric Materials

FWS anticipates issuing one or three solicitations, based on the outcome of this market survey, on or about February 2025, and awarding a subsequent contract on or about March 2025. Award(s) of any resulting procurement will be made using Technical Acceptability Lowest Price. This anticipated contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis. The submission shall address either one or all of the requirements. If only submitting for one project, state which project.
