Description
Fermi Research Alliance, LLC (FRA) requests a proposal for the Long-Baseline Neutrino Facility (LBNF) Near Site Conventional Facilities (NSCF) Construction Manager as Advisor (CMa) Services in accordance with this RFP and the enclosed Proposal Preparation Instructions, Sample Subcontract, and other enclosures.
The CMa will function as a collaborative member of the combined project team consisting of FRA, Construction Subcontractors (Beamline Complex and Near Detector Complex), Architect/Engineer, Commissioning Agent, and other project participant personnel, and shall provide guidance and expertise throughout the Construction Phases. The CMa shall have full understanding of the project requirements and goals, of its participants, and interested parties. The CMa shall effectively monitor, access, and coordinate management efforts, and provide oversight of the Construction Subcontractors’ work on behalf of FRA.
There will be a mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference (see the Proposal Preparation Instructions).

Amendment 2, dated 4/12/2024, provides a copy of the Pre-Proposal Conference presentation, as well as an attendance list of potential Offerors.
Amendment 3, dated 5/2/2024, provides a Q&A document, updated FRA Terms and Conditions, and extended the due date for Proposals to 5/15/2024.
