Description
This notice is not a solicitation, but rather a pre-solicitation synopsis in support of the F-16 Aircraft. The estimated
award date is approximately October 2024. The requirement is NOT set-aside for small businesses. This action is
restricted to the following qualified vendors: Pacific Scientific Energetic Material Company (CA), CAGE: 54181;
Rockwell Collins, Inc. 17610. The proposed solicitation is anticipated to be made available
through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) < https://www.sam.gov >, on approximately August 26, 2024. It
is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement contact the firms listed. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement,
proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Qualification package required for those
contractors who are not already qualified (See FAR 52.209-1). Unless determined to be in the Government’s interest,
award of this anticipated contract shall not be delayed to permit an offeror to submit evidence of qualification.
