IAW FAR Part 6.302-1-Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies for Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, this modification is being issued to increase the ceiling of Contract W15QKN-20-D-0003 via Modification P00007 for the refurbishment of PA161 and PA103A2 Metal Containers.
NOTE: Modification P00007 was released out of sequence and after Modification P00008 was awarded.
