NAVSUP WSS is going to issue a modification to add the repair of the items listed below in support of the MQ4C Triton to Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00383-22-G-ST01. NOMEN NIIN P/N Amplifier, Radio Fre 01-698-4618 RQ 282482-01 Antenna 01-698-4608 RQ 282481-01 Interface Unit, Comm 01-698-4269 RQ 282512-02 Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 3204(A) (1). The item contemplated for procurement of repair requires Government source approval prior to contract award, as the item is flight critical and/or the technical data available has not been determined adequate to support acquisition via full and open competition. Only the source previously approved by the government for repair of this item has been solicited because the government is contracting on a sole source basis with Argon ST. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
