Description

  This Statement of Work (SOW) describes the Government’s requirement for a site survey for quote and installation of a Honeywell Vindicator Intrusion Detection System (IDS), and Access Control System (ACS) designed to meet the physical security compliance
requirements of the Air Force Instruction (AFI) 31-101, Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) ICD-705, Robins (ANG) AFB specifications, and ESE-SIT-0001 for protection of assets. The contractor will have to be Vindicator certified for installation
and maintenance. The contractor shall provide all necessary infrastructure upgrades to support systems operations. The contractor shall provide ancillary equipment, materials and/or supplies needed for the installation and associated infrastructure. at Robins AFB, Building 2078.

  The contract is to install an IDS and ACS for rooms 144 A, 144B, 144C, 144D, 133E and 118 (Q, R, O). Server can be mounted in the rack in room 144C, VBM workstation, printer, camera, per user location. The contractor will provide a complete turnkey IDS and ACS for the SCIF space identified on the attached drawing in red. A secondary zone and or partion will be installed for rooms 118 O, 118 Q and 118R at the collateral level of requirements. This will be separately armed and disarmed within its own space
independent from the SCIF.

  The collateral space is identified in green on attached drawing. All security system materials and accessories will be installed in accordance with proper DoD regulations and Policies, ICD 705 TS, industry standards and manufacturer’s recommendations. All changes and modifications to project by either contractor or customer shall be in writing and submitted to 116 ACW Contracting on the appropriate forms, prior to any changes being made. A project manager shall be assigned and available to 116ACW Contracting
and the customer and will be able to answer all questions concerning this installation in a timely fashion.

Please provide a price breakdown for each part number in accordance with the SOW in your proposal. 

SITE VISIT REQUIREMENTS:

     All attendees requiring visitor passes to attend the site visit 10 Aug, 2023 at 0845 AM EDT must be submit requests to SSgt Cody Schwart at cody.schwart.1@us.af.mil cody.schwart.1@us.af.mil NLT 1200 EDT 9 Aug 2023.

Required entry information includes: First & Last name on DL, last four of SSN, Birthdate, DL number, and DL state.

Please arrive at the Robins, AFB visitor center NLT 0830 to allow enough time to process each pass.

ALL VISITORS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING WITH THEM:

  1. A Valid State-issued Driver's License/Identification card
    (Individuals with Driver's Licenses/Identification cards that contain the markings "Not Valid for Federal Purposes," "Not For Use as Federal Identification," "Federal Limits May Apply," or any other similar phrase, must be escorted)
  2. An approved secondary form of identification for Individuals who do possess a driver's license or identification card with Federal use limitations **See Example** (contact VCC for a list of approved secondary forms of identification)
  3. Proof of Registration IF driving (Hardcopy or digital is accepted)
  4. Proof of Insurance IF driving (Hardcopy or digital is accepted) 
  5. ALL VISITORS are subject to a criminal background check and all traffic enforcement while on the installation.
