SODA BAG IN BOX Presolicitation Notice

PRESOLICITAITON NOTICE: SPE300-24-R-0050 SODA BAG-IN-BOX BEVERAGE BASE FOR CONUS, NAVY SHIPS, ALASKA, HAWAII, AND GUAM AREAS

The DLA Troop Support Subsistence Directorate intends to solicit and award fifteen (15) months or Seven Million dollars ($7,000,000.00) acquisition, whichever comes first for the supply and direct delivery of Beverage Base (Bag-In-Box Carbonated, Non-Carbonated, Electrolyte and Juice Drinks containing </= 20% Juice) for DOD customers, non-DOD customers, and Navy/Coast Guard Ships in the Continental United States (CONUS), Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam. This acquisition will be solicited on a full and open competition basis. In addition to Bag-In-Box products, successful offeror(s) shall supply the necessary dispensing equipment and CO2. (Exception: Navy customers will order CO2 separately due to funding specific to the Navy.) The resultant contract(s) will be Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract(s) (IQC) that provide for an indefinite quantity, within stated limits, of specific supplies or services to be furnished during a fixed period, with deliveries to be scheduled by placing orders with the Contractor(s). Single or Multiple awards are anticipated. The Government may add, delete, or replace items on the contract as customer needs change by written notification from the customer to DLA and the Contractor(s).
