The purpose of this Amendment is to:

1. Remove the large capacity washer CLIN from the base year and all out years;
2. Update machine quantities per CLIN 0X01, 0X03, and 0X06;
3. Incorporate Revised PWS dated 9 Jun 2023. This version supersedes any prior version;
4. Update Period of Performance for all CLINS;
5. Extend Offer Due date to 20 June 2023, 12:00 PM CDT as noted within this notice.

This is a follow-on requirement for Washer/Dryer Lease, Maintenance and Repair services to include Clothes Dryer Exhaust Duct Cleaning services as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston and Camp Bullis.

This requirement is a 100% total small business set-aside. Interested contractors must refer to the attached Solicitation for Instructions, Conditions, Notices to Offerors, and Evaluation Factors for Award when responding to this Request for Proposal. Also attached is the applicable Performance Work Statement (PWS) and current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). A site visit will be conducted for this requirement. The date and time of the Site Visit, to include instructions, is located within the attached solictation document. Please be aware of the timelines noted.

Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items or services necessary for Washer/Dryer Maintenance, Repair and Leasing and Clothes Dryer Exhaust Duct Cleaning services. Contractor shall be responsible for the delivery, installation, cleaning, maintenance, repair, removal, and relocation of contractor furnished washers and dryers. Washer/dryer locations and types are listed in Appendix A of the attached PWS. Contractor shall monitor, schedule and clean clothes dryer exhaust ducts as necessary to minimize the amount of lint accumulation and ensure ducts do not pose a safety or fire hazard. Facility numbers, estimated quantities, and recommended cleaning schedules for dryer ducts are also listed  within the PWS in Appendix C - Dryer Duct Cleaning Schedule.
