Description
UNICOR intends to enter into a one (1) base year with one (1)option year firm fixed price,indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery type contract forBAR GRATE STEEL for UNICOR - El Reno, OK . The solicitation number is FN1524-22 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal. The minimum delivery order quantity is $500 each delivery order and the maximum delivery order quantity is $5000 EA PER DELIVERY ORDER. Delivery date requested is 21 days for each delivery order. Variation in quantity +/- 0 %. NAICS CODE IS 33232. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers on a single award basis. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to ATTN: Peyton Perry (peyton.perry@usdoj.gov). All Proposals should be emailed to joshua.hassler2@usdoj.gov. The subject of the email should reference FN1524-22. All offerors must complete the Business Management questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three references. References must be for same or similar items, and for the same scope of solicitation. All Offerors must register on www.sam.gov All offerors must acknowledgment all amendments if any. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror or offeror's whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: List in order of importance: Adherence to specification (ability to meet specifications and other requirements listed in the solicitation), Past Performance, and price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. The solicitation will be available on SAM.gov . NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED . No copies of the solicitation will be mailed. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be considered.
