Description
The United States Senate Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA) and its Human Resources Office (SAA-HR) requires a Contractor to conduct a benchmark compensation study and make recommendations to update the SAA compensation structure in a final report prepared by the Contractor. The final report shall cover all of the job classifications within the SAA. The purpose of this project is to review the SAA’s existing compensation plan and to conduct a comprehensive benchmark market study to ensure that compensation for all SAA positions is internally and externally equitable and competitive.
