The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the precast panel repairs of the Miami International Airport (MIA) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) located at Miami, FL. The SIR/RFP is posted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. This announcement is not intended to guarantee procurement of the services, and must not be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract. The Government is not liable for costs associated with the preparation, submittal of inquiries or responses for this announcement and will not reimburse any firm for cost incurred in responding to this public announcement.

All questions regarding the SIR must be submitted in writing to Mr. Sam Culberth at sam.g.culberth@faa.gov and courtesy copy thuylinh.t.trannguyen@faa.gov. All questions must be received no later than May 2, 2022 at 1500 EDT.

An optional site visit is schedule for this requirement. The site visit information can be found in the SIR Section L.3.

To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR. Proposal due date is provided in SIR.
