This is a Solicitation for 75H70124R00043 Lower Brule Indian Health Center (IHC) Pharmacy Renovation, located in Lower Brule, SD. These construction services will be in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS) prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36.

The solicitation and all amendments for this Request for Proposals will be posted on https://sam.gov under Contract Opportunities. A full scope of work, plans and specifications and Construction Wage Determination is included in the solicitation documents. Additional details can be found in the solicitation when it is posted to https://sam.gov.

SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this project is for the renovation of the Lower Brule IHC pharmacy to meet the compounding requirements of USP 795, 797, and 800. All work is to be completed in accordance with the design documents provided for this project.

LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed at the Lower Brule IHC, located at 601 Gall Street, Lower Brule, SD 57548.

CONSTRUCTION DURATION: Period of Performance is 180 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed.

CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204.

SITE VISIT: Details regarding the Site Visit are included in the solicitation.

CONTRACT TYPE: IHS intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in support of this requirement.

This solicitation will be procured as a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 36 procedures with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria.

This project will be solicited as 100% set aside for Small Businesses under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Contractors. The associated size standard for this procurement is $45 million. For information concerning NAICS and SBA size standards, go to http://www.sba.gov.

For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its average annual revenue for the last five (5) years is less than $45 million. For information concerning NAICS and SBA size standards, go to http://www.sba.gov.

Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database is mandatory to be considered for award. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the internet at: https://sam.gov.
