Description
Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Mbabane will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.
The requirement is for the construction of a boundary/security wall in one of the Embassy residences (Gate 336). The U.S. Embassy Mbabane Eswatini intends to award a contract to responsible offerors representing best value using Lowest Price Technical Acceptable authorized under FAR 13.106-2(b) (3).
All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Any offeror who is not actively SAM registered at time of proposal submission would be ineligible for award.
