**** AMENDMENT 11: The customer would like to keep the current approach for the CLIN structure/PWS.  But, the Government will want the costs of the washers and dryers evenly distributed over the life of the contract (5 years).  It will be noted in the solicitation and the award when the contract is executed that even if the contract is cancelled for convenience or if the options are not exercised, the Government will pay in full the remainder of the balance of the equipment.*****

****AMENDMENT 12: After discussions with Dyess Legal, it has been addressed that this is a Lease contract, not a Lease-to-Buy contract. The Washer and Dryer CLINS are intended to cover the cost of leasing the equipment annually, not to pay off the vendor's equipment. The vendor assumes the risk of purchasing the equipment, and if the Government terminates the contract for convenience or cause, or chooses not to exercise the option, the vendor will be responsible for the remaining equipment costs. This arrangement is due to the Government not owning the equipment at the contract's end; the vendor will reclaim and can sell or lease the equipment to another customer. Therefore, please provide the annual leasing costs for the washers and dryers.****

****AMENDMENT 13- UPDATED TO ADD CLIN 0007TO THE BASE YEAR FOR REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT IF OPTION NOT EXERCISED****
