Description

SPE8EF22R0002 is hereby amended to clarify instructions, requirements for proposed pricing, and Procurement Note C09, paragraph d.  Amendment 0001 & Page 6 of solicitation are included as attachments.
As noted in solicitation and current Amendment 0001, all amendments issued regarding this solicitation must be signed and submitted with the offeror’s proposal or returned to the Contract Specialist by the closing date of this solicitation.
