Description
The Defense Logistics Agency-Aberdeen, on behalf of the Army Integrated Logistics Supply Center (ILSC) – Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCMD) – Strategic Sourcing Directorate (SSD), intends to acquire Parts to support the ENVG-B.
Requirements Description:
Sources sought to provide the government with the Mount Viewer, also referred to as the Transmitter Digital (EWLA), (NSN: 7035-01-682-4991). The transmitter digital is a component of the Enhanced Night Vision Goggle (ENVG-B), AN/PSQ-42. The ENVGB/PSQ-42 a is helmet mounted device that provide the user with Night Vision, Thermal, and Fusion image capability. The fusion image is the combination of night vision created by amplifying ambient light (moon, stars, skyglow, etc.) and the thermal image is created by detecting and processing heat signatures of people or objects in the field of view into a single image. The ENGV-B provides enhanced situational awareness wireless connectivity with an FWS product and/or the Nett Warrior system (via the End User Device ( EUD) Wireles Link Assembly (EWLA)).
The Government requires is unknown quantity for the (NSN: 7035-01-682-4991). This is not a solicitation. This is only an estimate and will not bind the contractor or the Government in any way or at any time into a contract with any of the specified terms below.

We request that sources who can manufacture the listed parts or services to submit information to show their capability. At a minimum the support information you submit should include, but is not limited to, the following types of documentation: Questionnaire, information on previous Government and commercial contracts, , and evidence that the item can be provided.

Furthermore, the Government will use the information, in part, to determine the best acquisition strategy for a potential procurement action and/or to assist in making acquisition strategy decisions in the future.
