Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit (LTBMU)
A. The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to post RFI round 1 responses, updated Statement of Work, updated schedule, and extend the proposal due date.
1. Attached is "RFI Official Responses - 1", "Statement of Work - Revised 9 May", and "Schedule - Revised 9 May" which are hereby incorporated into any subsequent contract award.
a. Items that have been amended are highlighted in yellow.
2. All offerors shall utilize the updated SOW and Schedule. Failure to do so may result in the proposal being found nonresponsive.
3. The proposal due date is hereby extended from 05/11/2022, 1300 PST to 05/17/2022, 1300 PST.
B. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Greg Cunningham, on the attached RFI form not later than 1300 hours PST, May 3rd, 2022.
A FS organized pre-proposal site visit will NOT be held. The project locations are open to the public and can be viewed by each prospective offeror. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
