Repair Overhead Doors

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W50S8D23R0011 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023‐01. This acquisition is being solicited as a total small business set‐aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238290 with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. Wage Determination that applies to this solicitation is #2015-4159, Rev. 22.

The 105th Airlift Wing is looking for a quote to be provide for the Repair Overhead Doors – Fire House B104, Hangar 100 & B105, B204, B205, B208, B209 $ B415 at Stewart ANG in Newburgh NY. This repair is in support of mission requirements. (See PWS for full details and attached pictures) The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price that meets or exceeds the requirements outlined in this announcement, which is deemed responsible in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and whose Quote conforms to the solicitation requirements.
