Description
The U.S. Embassy in Lilongwe, Malawi is seeking proposals from General Contractors to remove existing wooden windows and supply and install new aluminum windows at the U.S. Government owned Deputy Chief of Mission residence located at 12/393-394.
The work includes but is not limited to:
- Removing all existing wood and louvered windows in the main residence and appropriately disposing of waste material.
- Supplying new aluminum frame windows conforming to the specification below, and all trim, gaskets, hardware, screens, and other materials necessary for installation.
- Installing the new aluminum frame windows in a good and workmanlike manner such that the windows and window openings interior and exterior are fully finished.
- Final cleanup up the site and closeout of the project.
