Description

This is a PRE-SOLICITATION notice for a construction project titled “Blue Creek Dump Station” at Oologah Lake in Rogers County, OK.  THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS.   

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Tulsa District has been tasked to solicit for and award the Blue Creek Dump Station  project .  The proposed project will be a competitive, firm-fixed price contract procured in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures with award based on price alone.

The Contractor shall be responsible for the mobilization of all personnel, materials, services, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete the removal and installation of the Blue Creek Park Dump Station and Lateral Lines at Lake Oologah, in Rodgers County, Oklahoma.  Work includes removal of old septic tank and installation of a new tank, dump station, and lateral lines. The general area shall be cleaned up by removing all debris/material and all debris shall be relocated outside of the lateral field location. After installation is completed, the area shall be finish graded to the desired contour to present a smooth appearance around the dump station. USACE has already obtained a permit from DEQ and has met all the environmental requirements.

In accordance with FAR 36/DFARs 236, the estimated construction price range for this project is between $25,000.00 to $100,000.00.

The estimated duration of the project is 60 calendar days.

The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 237110 which has a small business size standard of $ 39,500,000. 

TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This requirement will be solicited as Total Small Business Set Aside.

Anticipated solicitation issuance date is on or about 25 July 2022, and the estimated proposal due date will be on or about 10 August 2022.  The official solicitation number W912BV22Q0094 will be issued under contracting opportunities via www.sam.gov, inviting firms to register electronically to receive a copy of the solicitation when it is issued.  It is the responsibility of all contractors to frequently check the website for all notices, amendment, etc., regarding this solicitation.  The Government will not be responsible for any notification not sent or received by the contractor regarding the solicitation.
