Presolicitation Notice
This notice is not a request for quotes (RFQ). This presolicitation/synopsis notice is published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204 requiring dissemination of information for presolicitation notices.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to release a solicitation (RFQ) for a Smith & Nephew SPIDER2 Limb Positioner and accessories for the Chalmers P. Wylie Ambulatory Care Center in Columbus, Ohio. This presolicitation is being issued for informational purposes only. The VA anticipates entering into a fixed price contract with the contractor providing the lowest price technically acceptable quote. This procurement will be conducted using FAR Part 13. NAICS Code is 339112, size standard is 1,000 employees. The anticipated solicitation issue date is 18 August 2022; the anticipated solicitation closing (response cutoff) date is 26 August 2022.
