This acquisition is proceeding as a Small Business Set Aside, Invitation for Bid(IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, SIC CODE:1629, NAICS Code: 237990. Estimated Cost Range is between $10,000,000 and $15,000,000.

The work includes maintenance dredging of the Redwood City Channel to -30-ft (MLLW) plus 1 foot of paid overdepth and transporting of the dredged material to the Government-furnished site SF-11, SF-DODS, Eden Landing and/or to a Contractor furnished beneficial reuse upland site.

This requirement is for Small Business Set Aside. It is issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price(FFP) contract.

ALL BIDS will be due on July 10, 2023 at 1:00 PM PDT unless revised by an amendment. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. Public bid opening will be held via WebEx at 1:30 PM PDT. Webex information is within the solicitation information Section 00 21 00. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
