Description
Amendment 0001: This amendment is issued for the following purposes:
1. The SEC's response to questions is posted (see attached).
2. For technical quote submission, the SEC has reduced the number of sample data examples required from 100 to 20 examples for each Investment Vehicles and ICOs (see Amended Combined Synopsis-Solicitation document attached). Offerors shall submit 20 examples for each Investment Vehicles and ICOs with their technical quote submission.
3. In the Requirements List, the SEC has clarified acceptable file format and preferred delivery frequency (see Amended Requirements List attached).
All other terms and conditions remain.
Original Notice (7/17/2023):
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), 100 F Street, NE, Washington, DC 20549, intends to procure a subscription to data from digital asset investment vehicles such as privately offered and publicly offered pooled investment vehicles; digital asset infrastructure, such as trading, lending, and payment systems; initial coin offerings (“ICO”); and digital asset market analysis, news and research.
NOTE: All offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) in order to submit a quote for this procurement. The SEC has a preference for a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) subscription. The SEC is not seeking a subscription that requires development. Please refer to the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation document for complete information and instructions for responding to this solicitation. Solicitation Attachment 1 (SEC Requirements List) provides the SEC’s specifications.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 519290 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This solicitation is issued unrestricted.
