Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Telephone requests for this solicitation will not be accepted.
Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) solicitation number is 70FB7024R00000002 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. The Government anticipates awarding a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type of contract with task orders issued on a firm fixed-price basis to the offeror that demonstrates the best value to the Government.
Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for individual identity verification and authentication support services. These services include, but are not limited to, data, verification and authentication of identity, occupancy, ownership, insurance, vehicle, and demographic information for individuals registering for FEMA disaster assistance where a disaster has occurred or been declared.
Late proposals will not be accepted.
Amendment 01 - The purpose of amendment 01 is to publish the updated solicitation, attachments A, C, E, and responses to the technical questions. Additionally pricing questions are due no later than noon ET., Dec 2, 2024 and proposals are due no later than 11:00am ET., Dec 11, 2024.
Amendment 02 - The purpose of amendment 02 is to publish the responses to the pricing questions.
