NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a Sole Source contract EDDY PUMP CORP, 15405 Olde Highway 80, El Cajon, California, 92021-2409, United States, in accordance in accordance with FAR 13.501 and FAR 6.302-1. This requirement is for Eddy Pump Model CC-3000-CHT Pumps in support of the USS Boxer LHD-4. The proposed contract action is for a Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price contract. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability information in response to this notice by 29 June 2023, via e-mail to leliza.g.sarino2.civ@us.navy.mil. Information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
