Covert Pole Cameras - Crime Point, Inc.

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER and is not a request for competitive proposals.  The Department of Commerce/NOAA/National Marine Fisheries Service, Office of Law Enforcement (OLE), has a requirement for Crime Point Inc., Low Light Camera Modular Systems, wide angle camera with PeripherEye software and Transformer Disconnect Boxes with magnetic labels.  The Office of Law Enforcement intends to issue a sole source, firm-fixed price award to Crime Point, Inc., 938 Verdulera St., Suite B, Camarillo, CA  93010, for a quantity of 5 each. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The award will be made using other than full and open competition procedures.

The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334290, Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing and the business size standard is 750 employees.  

This notice is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated product can provide supporting documents demonstrating their capabilities. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
