Description
Amendment 0002- Attach Questions & Answers part II. See attached.
Amendment 0001- 1) Extends the RFQ closing date to 5 April 2022 at 10AM (Mountain). 2) Attach the Questions & Answers.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W81K0022Q0068 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541380 with a small business size standard of $16,500,000.00 This requirement is 100% set aside to Small Businesses. Only those qualified sellers registered in SAM.gov and with that NAICS code may submit a quote.
Please read the attachment in its entirety for required fill-in clauses, terms and conditions, correct pricing format, etc.
Question Submission: Interested Offerers must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Government to respond. Questions must be submitted via email to fabiola.palma-trujillo.civ@mail.mil no later than 10AM (Mountain), 31 March 2022. At the Government's discretion, questions received after that time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.
Quotes must be submitted via email to fabiola.palma-trujillo.civ@mail.mil and are due no later than 10AM (Mountain), 1 April 2022.
