Description
The U.S. Embassy in Monrovia has a requirement to carry out a complete make-ready (renovation) of a residential building that will ensure the optimal condition for living, increase its value, and the safety and IBC code compliance. The building has approximately a total floor area of 595.29 square meters (that is the Basement, Ground and Upper Floors) and the work required are carpentry, masonry, painting and plumbing services, electrical, excluding the cabinetry in the kitchen and the windows.
The contractor shall be required to compartmentalize the works based on drawings and schematics provided and provide detailed Method Statements illustrating both resources/skills, materials, and order of execution.
