Description
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), 100 F Street, NE, Washington, DC 20549, intends to procure a subscription to securities lending data that summarizes transaction level data by security by day. The subscription shall include historical data starting in 2013 or earlier delivered through FTP download or via a secure web portal. Securities must be identifiable by CUSIP, ISIN, LEI, and/or ticker symbol or similar.
NOTE: All offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) in order to submit a quote for this procurement. The SEC has a preference for a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) subscription. The SEC is not seeking a subscription that requires development. Please refer to the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation document for complete information and instructions for responding to this solicitation. Solicitation Attachment 1 (SEC Requirements List) provides the SEC’s specifications.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 519290 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This solicitation is issued unrestricted.
