Description
Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Europe and Africa has a requirement to establish multiple Indefinite Quantity / Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contracts for various laboratory reagents with delivery to the United States Army Medical Center – Southwest Asia (USAMMC-SWA). These IDIQs will support USAMMC-SWA’s customers’ demand for reagents and controls for use on pre-existing analyzers at various locations. This solicitation does not include purchase of equipment or incidental services.
The forthcoming Request for Proposals (RFP) will be unrestricted and conducted under procedures at FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The RFP will be published on or about July 6, 2023. Proposals will be due 30 days after the issuance of RFP. The applicable NAICS code is 325413 – In Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing with the small Business size standard of 1200 Employees. This solicitation reference will be SPE2DS-23-R-0001.
