Notice of intent to Sole Source A64C Accelerometers

The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Holloman AFB, New Mexico has concluded their market research and intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Diversified Technical Systems, Inc., 1720 Apollo Ct, Seal Beach, California 90740-5617. 

The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334519, with a small business size standard of 500 employees.

This purchase order will be for A64C Accelerometers at the Holloman High Speed Test Track (HHSTT).

The anticipated award date is 31 Dec 2022. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Although the Government intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, a bid, proposal, or quotation which will be considered by the Government if received no later than 5 Dec 2022 at 12:00 PM MDT.
