Description
5.56mm NATO Custom Loaded Match Ammunition for the Marine Corps Shooting Team.
20 June 2023 Amendment 0001 - Quotation due date is extended to 11 July 2023, 10:00 AM EDT. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
23 June 2023 Amendment 0002 - The RFQ is amended to correct Attachment 4 section 2.3.2 Dimensional Tolerances as follows: "The bullets shall conform to SAAMI diameter of .2245-.0030". To correct Attachment 4 section 2.4.1 Measured Muzzle Velocity as follows: The bullet shall have a sufficiently high Ballistic Coefficient to maintain 'supersonic' at a distance of 600 yards. To correct Attachment 4 section 2.4.2 Temperature Stability Standard as follows: The vertical angular center to center impact shift between five-shot strings conditioned at low, ambient, and high temperature shall not be greater than 1 MOA group (3 inches) at 300 meters, and the overall group size should not exceed 1.5 MOA for all rounds being temperature tested within a given lot." The Shooting Team POC name and telephone number is also amended to Captain Pamlanye. The revised Combined Synopsis-Solicitation, Attachment 1 Instruction to Offerors, Attachment 3 Evaluation Procedures, and Attachment 4, Technical Requirements are attached to this Amendment and replace the original Combined Synopsis-Solicitation, Attachment 1, Attachment 3, and Attachment 4. Changes are in bold. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
