Description
Yellowstone National Park (YNP) has approximately 1550 fire extinguishers in the National Park Service (NPS) facilities. YNP needs a contractor to come on site and service all the extinguishers annually. The service will include the required annual service, 6 Year Internal Inspection, or Hydrostatic Inspection. All servicing will be accomplished in accordance with all applicable National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards and manufacturer¿s instructions.
Contractor will ensure all extinguishers are properly mounted in accordance with NFPA standards as well as ensure there is the proper amount and appropriate type and weight required by NFPA standards.
See attached Statement of Work Draft for more information. A final Statement of Work will be included with the Solicitation. All questions will be answered in writing via amendments to the Solicitation. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE.
