Description
SOLICITATION NOTICE:
The National Park Service, Contracting Operations Central, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, is issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the Stanford Parking Lot project for Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Brecksville, OH.
Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools, and other equipment necessary for the renovation of the Brandywine Creek Historic Culvert including the installation of a new culvert constructed adjacent to the existing historic culvert and of sufficient size and length to accommodate approximately 150% of Brandywine Creek¿s flows. The creek channel will be regraded upstream and downstream to a very limited extent so that most of the Creek¿s flow passes through the new culvert to the extent possible within limited channel design and construction (and hydraulic analysis) and limited construction grading.

PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000
TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract
Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Summit County, OH will apply.
North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238910, and the size standard is $19 million.
This project is a 100% Total Small Businesses set-aside.

REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have an UEI number. Also, the offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), website at http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications at the time of the solicitation close date once the solicitation is posted.
