Description
The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement to repair and restore the rear façade of an office building located within American Embassy Compound in Brussels, Belgium.
The estimated area for repair and painting is 450 square meters on a four-story building. Works should include but are not limited to:

Furnish and install suspended platform for working at heights. (Building height ~ 24m)

Surface preparation, repairs and appropriate waterproofing primer coat
- Apply two coats of waterproofing layer 350 grams per square metre

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion but may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
The Government is planning a site visit on Tuesday July 9th ,2024 at 11.00am. Please complete the visit submission form if you would like to attend the visit and send it before Friday July 05th, 2024 at 1.00pm.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
