Description
US Embassy Tbilisi issued a reuqest for quotation (RFQ) for provision of computer eauipment to US Embassy Tbilisi INL departmnet. List of equipment is provided on the attache RFQ package. All eligible companies can submit a quotation, following the instructions in Section 4 of the RFQ, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit electronically to:
TbilisiGSOProcurement@state.gov ( multiple emails are permitted, each email size shall not be more than 4MB)
After preliminary consideration of all offers, the Department will no longer consider offers that do not meet basic standards to be eligible for award. The offers that remain will be subject to a comparative evaluation. See section 4 for the details.
Please submit your quotation to the above address. Quotation deadline is 16:00 local time (GMT +4), on April 22, 2024. No quotations will be accepted after this time.
In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
1. SF-18
2. Section I, Pricing
3. Section 5 Representations and Certifications
4. Additional information as required in Section 3
5. Proof of SAM Registration
6. CYBERSECURITY SUPPLY CHAIN RISK MANAGEMENT (C-SCRM) C-
SCRM Questionnaire and C-SCRM Software Producer Attestation Form

The successful offeror shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of their proposal. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at www.sam.gov
