GSA Region 3 Lower Embodied Carbon Industry Day 2024

Lower Embodied Carbon Materials Industry Day

The General Services Administration, Region 3, Public Building Service, Acquisition Management Division and Design & Construction Division will be holding a Lower Embodied Carbon Materials Industry Day on or about January 17, 2024 or January 18, 2024.

This event will provide businesses with an opportunity to learn about potential procurement opportunities related to lower embodied carbon materials for the region including the following materials we will be utilizing: concrete, glass, steel, and asphalt.

Businesses will also have the ability to discuss and share their capabilities with project management and contracting staff. 

If you are a general contractor or manufacturer specializing in lower embodied carbon materials we would like to hear from you. 

Please respond with a letter of interest with the following information: 

1. Provide your status as a large or small business. If you are a small business please specify if you are an 8(a), woman-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, or HUBZone small business.

2. Provide a capability statement. 

3. What's your area of expertise related to lower embodied carbon materials and have you done any recent projects? 

4. Would you be able to attend in-person & share your insights?
