HR Classification Support for DOJ Tax Division

The Department of Justice (DOJ), Procurement Services Staff (PSS), on behalf of the Tax Division, intends to award a sole source purchase order to the Patty Lee Evans to provide Human Services Support Services. This support is a continuation of the previously provided support to Tax Division. The purchase order will be awarded under the auspices of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand name or industrial mobilization). This company, Patty Lee Evans, is a small business with the appropriate expertise to provide the necessary support for this litigation division. This is a notice of intent to award using other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for information or whether additional vendors have the capability to perform this service. No solicitation document is available. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered a response. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Any responses received as a result of this notice, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive requirement.
