Solicitation Amendment, Dated 9 AUG 22.

All quotes must be valid through 30 September 2022

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation Number FA441722QC190 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote.

This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06, Effective: 26 May 2022; Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation, effective 28 April 2022; and Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation AFAC 2022-0502, Effective 2 May 2022.

Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted.  Please respond to this RFQ by providing the following information in this document and returning one (1) copy to the POC’s email.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 337125, and Product Service Code (PSC) is 7105. The Size Standard for this NAICS is 750 employees. This requirement will be purchased in accordance with FAR 8.004(b) Commercial sources in the open market, FAR Part 12, and FAR Part 13. Evaluation of commercial items in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 will be utilized using lowest price technically acceptable. 

This Request for Quote is set-aside 100% for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Concerns. The Government is requesting quotations from WOSB only.

Solicitation is issued as Brand Name or Equal to Ethan Allan.

There will be a site visit conducted for this requirement on 4 August 2022 @  8:30 AM CST. Please provide information for personnel intending to attend the site visit to alyssa.jesmain@us.af.mil and jesse.capik@us.af.mil no later than 2 August 2022 @ 1:00 PM CST in excel format to include individual’s: Employee Full Name and Company Name. Individuals will pick up their passes at the Commercial Vehicle Inspection Gate (CVIA), and proceed to the site visit. The meeting location will be provided after the email request to attend the site visit is submitted to the POCs listed above.

Site Visit: 4 August 2022 @ 8:30 AM CST.
