Description

**UPDATE: Please follow Instruction to Offerers 2.1 Site Visit. 

2.1 Site Visit: DPW Fort Hood and MICC FH will conduct a site visit. Site Visit scheduled for 21 June 2022 at 1000am will begin at Building 48830 at 1000am and then move to Building 91071. 

UPDATE**

The Directorate of Public Works (DPW) of Fort Hood, TX), has a new requirement that consists of performing HVAC repairs at two AAFES buildings (B48830 and B91071). Work at B48830 (Kouma Express) shall include replacing three rooftop packaged air handlers. New units shall be similar in size and capacity but use natural gas for heating instead of heat pumps. Work at B91071 (WFH Troop Store) shall include replacing one split system with two, smaller split systems. Since the new systems will feature heat pumps, the existing hydronic heating system in this building will be demolished. Both buildings shall require minor ductwork and controls changes.
