ON AIRPORT WAREHOUSE LEASE

The United States Government intends to award a new lease using Other Than Full and Open Competition for the Transportation Security Administration in Minneapolis, MN at Minneapolis−Saint Paul International Airport on 05/01/2023. The Government requires warehouse space yielding a minimum of 2,633 ANSI/BOMA SF for storage to accommodate a 90 day supply of consumables needed at the Checkage and Baggage Areas. The space must be located on airport property, and all ancillary services must be included as part of the rental consideration.

This Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been reviewed and approved in accordance with established TSA procedures and is hereby published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.305. And and all redactions in this published document (that is, language marked out or deleted) have been identified and confirmed by the Government as contractor proprietary information which the Government must protect from unauthorized disclosure.
