Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is investigating the market capability to revive an abandoned feeder line from Substation C to Area 44, to be done in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Work will be performed on Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), postal address:
