Description
Solicitation Number: 19P05024Q0011
The Embassy of the United States of America in Lisbon, Portugal, will issue a solicitation for routine monthly elevator maintenance services. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forthcoming periods. The anticipated performance period is for (1) one-year base period, with (4) four-one-year optional periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.
The Government plans to issue the solicitation on January 3, 2024. This solicitation will be issued via e-mail to the prospective offerors based on their written request sent to LisbonProcure@state.gov. Only companies specializing in this field of business which are able to attend a site visit in Lisbon should apply for the solicitation package.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotation/proposals.
The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date, this will be determined in the soliciation document.
