Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/

The synopsis/solicitation reference number is 140P8324Q0075 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

This procurement is a Total Small Business set aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541690 - Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, with a size standard of $19 million.
Independently, and not as an agent of the Government, the Contract shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete a Museum Collections Emergency Operations Plan (MCEOP) for Nez Perce National Historical Park (NEPE) in Idaho State, Big Hole National Battlefield (BIHO) in Montana State, and Whitman Mission National Historic Site (WHMI) in Washington State. Please see Attachment 1 Statement of Work for more details.
The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm-fixed price purchase order to a single vendor as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels the solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a quoter for any costs. Quoter submitting quote shall guarantee their pricing for a period of 60 days from solicitation closing date.

SAM Requirement: Your company must be registered as a small business in System for Award Management (SAM) for NAICS 541690 at the time of quote submittal, at award, and through the entire contract performance.
