Description

Solicitation Multiple Award Contract for Small Purchase Orders

(MACSPO) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Hanscom Air Force Base, MA

This solicitation is to award (7) Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ Construction Contracts under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with the size standard of $39.5M.  No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this pre-solicitation notice or any follow up information requests.  This will be 100% Small Business Set Aside.

This multiple-award IDIQ is for a broad range of commercial services, supplies and maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor construction projects, under the simplified acquisition threshold, on real property at the following locations: Hanscom Air Force Base (HAFB), MA; Sagamore Hill Electronics Research Annex – Hamilton, MA; Fourth Cliff Recreation Annex –Humarock, MA; and Cape Cod Space Force Station – Joint Base Cape Cod-Sagamore, MA. Work under this IDIQ contract shall include but not limited to replacing and repairing flooring, carpets, alarms, doors, and fencing. Work will also be required in the following trades but not limited to painting, landscaping, carpentry, interior renovation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sheet metal, welding, painting, demolition, and concrete masonry.

The solicitation (Request for Proposal “RFP”) will be downloadable from the INTERNET ONLY.  The project specification files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.  Interested bidders for this solicitation may download the full package, includes: specifications and drawings files. 

IMPORTANT POLICY: Bidders are REQUIRED to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) AT THE TIME ITS BID IS SUBMITTED to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements.  Registration can be completed free of charge at www.sam.gov.

Electronic proposals are due on 12 October 2022 at 4:30 PM EST. A site visit will take place on 21 September 2022 at 10:00AM EST. Please see attachment Section L, paragraph 1.6 for site visit information. Questions regarding the RFP are due NLT 4:30PM EDT on 26 September 2022.
